BizProf Advisory and Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd was founded on 11 February 2019.

We utilise technology and consultation to assist businesses with Corporate Governance and Compliance. BizProf places corporate governance and compliance knowledge in the palm of your hand by giving you instant access to recommendations and applications, no matter whether you are in the board room, your office, executive meetings, the aeroplane or the beach.

Our goal is to revolutionise the approach to Corporate Governance and overall Compliance; and to be the provider of choice on Corporate Governance and Compliance solutions through accessible and innovative technology throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.

Our Team

Annette de Klerk - Director/Consultant

Dr de Klerk has been involved with Business Consulting and as director and shareholder in businesses for more than 30 years. She is currently a director of BizProf Advisory and Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd and concentrates on innovative ways of giving clients access to Corporate Governance.

She has proven expertise in governmental compliance issues, supply chain management and procurement, PFMA, MFMA, and other related regulatory legislation. She is also experienced in financial issues as described in the PFMA & MFMA. She has a high level of understanding and experience in developmental and transformational government, especially at local government level.

Her field of expertise extends to Corporate Governance, especially in state-owned entities. She is experienced in providing support to Boards and Board Sub-Committees as well as the compilation of Board Reports and other Board Documents.

She was a Business Management professor at UNISA and she has intimate knowledge of designing Policies and Procedures for businesses.

Dr de Klerk focuses on Corporate Governance consulting, training and compliance assessment. She has a wealth of experience in teaching, research and training at tertiary level as well as developmental training in the fields of finance, strategy, management, small business management and entrepreneurship.

Adv. Engelbrecht has been involved with Legal and Business Consulting services in business for more than 20 years. She is currently a director of BizProf Advisory and Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd and concentrates on innovative ways of giving clients access to Corporate Governance.

She has proven expertise as a Company Secretary and Professional Consultant in the legal fraternity, mutual societies, governmental, public and private sectors. She is also experienced in Corporate Law as described in the Companies Act and other regulatory legislation.

Her field of expertise extends to Corporate Governance. She is experienced in providing guidance and support to Board and Board Sub-committees as well as the compilation of Board Reports and other documents.

Adv. Engelbrecht focuses on Corporate Governance consulting training and compliance assessment. She has a wealth of experience in Corporate Statutory Services including but not limited to research, consulting and legal advisory services.
